You do not need more followers. You need a tribe.
I made ₹3.7 lakh in three months with a small audience. Here is why the number of followers matters less than you think.

A following watches you. A tribe trusts you. I made ₹3.7 lakh in three months from a small community by treating every follower as a person. Start by sending real, non-sales messages to the people who already comment on your posts.
When I started my Facebook community, I did not have a big audience. Most coaches would have called it too small to sell to.
In three months, that small group paid me ₹3.7 lakh.
The difference between a following and a tribe
A following watches you. A tribe trusts you.
A following scrolls past. A tribe replies, shows up live, and tells their friends about you.
You can have 50,000 followers and no clients. You can have 100 followers and a full calendar. I have seen both, many times.
How I built mine
I did one simple thing. I treated every follower as a person, not a number.
In practice, that means a few small things. Reply to comments by name. Send a thank-you message to people who show up to your Lives more than once. When someone shares a problem, remember it and ask about it later.
People do not join a business. They join people who see them.
Try this today
Look at the last 20 people who commented on your posts. Send each of them a short, real message. Not a pitch. Just: "Saw your comment, thank you. What are you working on right now?"
That is how a tribe starts. One real conversation at a time.
