A coaching business needs three things, not a hundred
A coaching business needs only three things: get clients in (get known, then get leads, then get sales), get them results, and build systems. Before any task, ask which of the three it helps. If the answer is none, skip it.
Most coaches I meet are very busy. They are making logos, testing new apps, editing reels, redoing their website, and joining one more course.
And their income has not moved in a year.
A coaching business only needs three things. Everything else is noise.
1. Get clients in
This has three steps, and the order matters. First get known. Then get leads. Then get sales.
Most coaches try to sell before anyone knows them. It does not work. Nobody buys from a stranger.
2. Get them results
Your program has to actually work. When clients get results, they stay, they buy again, and they send their friends. A great program is your best marketing.
3. Build systems
Make it repeatable. If every client needs you to do everything by hand, you will hit a ceiling and burn out. Systems let the business grow without you working more hours.
Before you start any task, ask: which of the three does this help?
If the answer is none, skip it. You will be surprised how much of your week you get back.
