• The beginning

  I grew up in a small village in Odisha in a humble Odia family. I spoke only Odia until graduation. I learned English during my MBA in Pune.

• 2017

  My first job in Delhi paid ₹10,000 a month. I still paid to learn digital marketing. That year my parents were in a serious accident, and I could not afford a flight ticket to go and see them. That was my wake-up call.

• March 2020

  Fifteen days into COVID, an email said my salary would be cut in half. I started affiliate marketing on the side. Day job 9 to 9, then my own work until 1 AM.

• August 2020

  I read Russell Brunson's Expert Secrets. One line stayed with me: go live every day for a year and you will never worry about money again. It took me four months of fear to post my first video. Then I committed to going live every single day.

• January 2021

  I crossed $1,000 a month from affiliate marketing and reached the Top 20 worldwide in a ClickFunnels affiliate contest. But people bought and moved on. There was no community. Success without fulfilment felt empty.

• 2021

  I started my own Facebook community and made ₹3.7 lakh in three months. Not because I had a big audience. Because I treated every follower as a person.

• 2023

  One mentor call changed everything. I was not truly understanding my customer's biggest pain. I fixed that, and it took me to my first ₹10 lakh month, organically.

• Today

  Tribe Building Mastermind has 1,300+ coaches, has trained 15,000+ people, and has crossed ₹2 crore without paid ads. I could not have done it without my team.
