How coaches can use AI to create content 10x faster
AI will not give you better ideas, but it can turn your ideas into content much faster. Record one short voice note a day answering a real client question, let ChatGPT or Claude turn it into posts for your platform, then edit it so it sounds like you. Stick to one platform and one format, and use AI to stay consistent for 100 days.
Two things stop most coaches from posting: "I don't know what to post" and "I don't have time."
AI solves the second problem beautifully. It does not solve the first one. Only your real experience does that.
Here is the simple workflow I teach my students. It keeps your voice, and it cuts your content time by a lot.
Why most AI content sounds fake
Most people open ChatGPT and type: "Give me 10 post ideas for a life coach."
The result sounds like every other coach, because it comes from the average of the internet, not from you.
Flip it around. Do not ask AI for ideas. Give AI your ideas, and ask it to do the shaping and formatting.
Document. Do not create.
The voice-note workflow
- Collect real questions. Every question a client asks you in a DM, on a call or in a comment is a piece of content. Keep a running list on your phone.
- Record one voice note a day. Pick one question and answer it out loud for 3 to 5 minutes, the way you would on a call. Add a real example or a client story.
- Turn it into text. Most phones and AI apps can transcribe a voice note in seconds.
- Let AI shape it. Paste the text into ChatGPT or Claude and ask for the format you need: a Reel script, a carousel, a LinkedIn post or a set of stories.
- Edit for your voice. Remove anything you would never say. Add your own words back in. This step takes 5 minutes, and it is what makes the content yours.
A prompt you can copy
Here is a voice note where I answer a question my clients often ask. Turn it into one Instagram Reel script (under 45 seconds) and one LinkedIn post (under 200 words). Keep my words and examples. Use simple English. Start with a strong first line that names the problem. Do not add facts or stories I did not mention.
That last line matters. It stops AI from inventing things you never said.
One platform, one format, 100 days
AI makes it tempting to be everywhere at once. Do not. Pick one platform and one format, and show up for 100 days. Choose based on four questions:
- Where is your audience already spending time?
- What kind of content do you enjoy making: talking, writing or teaching visually?
- Where do you already have a small, warm audience?
- Where can you show up for 100 days without burning out?
Once that habit is solid, AI makes it easy to repurpose the same idea for a second platform.
Where else AI saves coaches time
- Your bio: my free Bio Optimizer rewrites your Instagram and LinkedIn bio in about 2 minutes.
- Your positioning: the free Edge Map helps you explain why a client should pick you.
- Your webinar: AI can turn your notes into a first draft of your slides. Then you shape it with the 8-part webinar formula.
Will people know I used AI?
If you start from your own voice note and edit the result, it sounds like you, because it is you. If you start from a blank prompt, it sounds like everyone else. The difference is not the tool. It is where the idea comes from.
Try this today
Write down the last 5 questions a client or follower asked you. Record a 3-minute voice note answering the first one. Run it through the prompt above, edit it, and post it today.
Tomorrow, do question number two.
